Kindergarten Class Photos

Jack's first school photos from Kindergarten are in the Gallery. We weren't made aware that is was picture day, so he was not exactly dressed for the occasion.

The next Radio boy has arrived!

For those who don't know, and may be checking our blog... Tim and Naomi welcomed Noah Stephen Radio into the world late on June 24. I am sure details will follow on their blog. Congratulations!

Vienna and Mehr Fußball

We had a wonderful extended weekend in Wein (Vienna). Unknowing to us, our trip coincided with Euro2008, a huge soccer tournament between European National teams.

We flew this time and our plane landed in Bratislava, Slovakia. A short bus trip took us to our hotel in Vienna. Eli loved his new stroller (Mommy's birthday gift!) and Jack his new ride-along "booty-board" (better known as a buggy board). We toured the Old City, rode the trams and undergrounds, played at the sprawling Schönbrunn Palace, swam at the hotel in our newly purchased swimwear, cheered with the soccer crazies in the Wein Fan Zone, and enjoyed local delicacies.

Bamberg and Fussball

Last weekend we made the trip to historic Bamberg to Farewell all of the TDS attorneys leaving Europe this summer. The city is called the Rome of Germany due to its 7 hills and churches. We had a great time and ate some good food. We even found rice and beans for Jack (Eli ate his fair share too).

Jack started another round of kindersports. This week he tried his foot at soccer. Although since last week was basketball, he had a hard time understanding why he couldn't dribble with his hands. Jack likes spending time with his friend Lizzie from German School.
